Returns & Cancellations

Domestic Shipping

 

We would like you to receive your purchase as soon as possible. All our products are stocked with care in the state of New Jersey. Please allow 1 to 2 business days after purchase to process your order. We kindly offer free FedEx Express 2nd day and returns. We offer Express Next Day Delivery for an additional cost if you need your purchase delivered sooner. You can see upgrade rates on the check-out shipping page.

International Shipping 

 

We can only allow online orders for the USA and Canada addresses now. We do not ship to any other country. We offer USPS standard shipping and returns to Canada. If you wish for an express delivery anywhere in Canada, please email us at info@woolmade4u.com or fill in the form here,  and we shall get back to you with all your options.

 

 

Notifications of delays or any other problems

We are not responsible for delays caused by transit or adverse weather conditions beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All order communication is done via email, so your email address must be accurate and current. 

 

If a package has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date, please email us at info@woolmade4u.com or fill in the form here. We will contact the FedEx representative immediately.

Please report back to us if your received package was damaged.

T r a c k I n g   Y o you r   O r d e r

As soon as FedEx receives our package for delivery, they will send you an email with the delivery information. Go to www.fedex.com and enter the tracking number provided to get updates on your delivery.

Return Policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased. Our return process is quick and easy!

1. Send us an email at info@woolmade4u.com or fill in the Contact Us form here  with your order number and the reasons of the return.

​

2. After receipt of your email, we will send you free return shipping label and full refund of the purchase cost or exchange it with another product from our collection. Please do not file/press credit card dispute.

 

3. Return items via UPS. Please note, that any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. â€‹

Returns take 5-7 days, on average, to ship and process. If you've chosen to have an item refunded, please allow an additional 7 days for your credit card company to post the credit to your account.

If you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order check the message in your order confirmation email and send us a note with your order number to info@woolmade4u.com or fill in the contact us form here and we will action it before your order has been dispatched.
